Why is it important to learn English?
An old proverb says: "How many languages you know, how many times you are a person." That is, the more languages you know today, the better for you. After all, every language is a key that opens the door for something new.
The ability to speak a foreign language allows you to cooperate with different people and understand the nuances of another culture; opens new perspectives; improves problem- and task-solving skills, as well as decision-making; in general, a person who knows languages is a well-rounded personality, has better abilities to learn new things, is freer and more confident in communicating with people. Knowing English, you can easily travel around the world and communicate freely with people of different nationalities.
In the XXI century, it is simply impossible to achieve success without knowing the English language, which today is a means of international communication. In the context of the European integration of Ukraine, approximation to European standards and the popularization of foreign language learning among Ukrainian schoolchildren and teachers, mastering foreign languages is an important tool for increasing competitiveness of our country and its European integration.
